According to a recent Yelp! review by Ben, Ducati Newport Beach bait and switched him on the sale of a motorcycle. The sales person, Aaron, went as far as quoting the potential buyer a discounted price on the bike.

Of course, once Ben got into the store, that all changed and he was no longer able to get the price that he was quote on the bike.

The unfortunate thing is that companies still use tactics like this to try and get customers in the door. They will tell you anything they can to get your foot in the door. Once your there on-site, they of course will change their tune. Read Benjamins complaint yourself, and make your own decision.
